Der Court of Arbitration for Sports (CAS) in Lausanne bestätigte heute auf seiner offziellen Seite die nachfolgend aufgelisteten Rechtsmittel.

The following appeals have been filed with the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS):
- FC Schalke 04 v./International Olympic Committee
- FC Schalke 04 v./Brazilian National Olympic Committee
- Werder Bremen v./International Olympic Committee
- Werder Bremen v./Brazilian National Olympic Committee
A press release will be issued by the CAS if and when any additional information becomes available. In the meantime, there will be no further statement from CAS regarding these matters.
